Change Desiccant and Heaters with Ease
Whether it is changing the desiccant in your dryer or replacing a heater, our innovative design saves you time. Both the desiccant beds and process/regeneration heaters can be accessed by removing band clamps that hold the extension body and top and bottom cones together. Our 2-bed and 4-bed desiccant towers are constructed of stainless steel inside and out. (2-Bed shown)
ADC Control

Stainless Steel, Insulated Hoppers
- Unique diffuser basket dries resin down to the slide gate and allows for drying less than full hoppers
- Standard sizes range from 5 to 2000 lbs (2 to 907 kg); based on 35 lbs/ft3 (larger hoppers are available)
- Laser cut access door eliminates troublesome door gaskets
- Full length site glass with optional fill sensor for hopper level control
Closed Loop Loading
- Conveys dried material with dry air to prevent contamination
