Unlike wheel dryers, Dri-Air’s closed loop design has 85 % less dust, moisture and particulate in your clean room as compared to wheel dryers. The key is our regeneration process which uses a single blower and dry air for regeneration versus a wheel dryer with two blowers and ambient air – so there is no regeneration port on the top of our dryers exhausting hot, dirty, wet air.
In addition to less regeneration air, our closed loop technology uses 50% less energy than wheel dryers or expensive compressed air – keeping your clean room CLEAN and GREEN!
